ROGER DUBUIS- SALES ASSOCIATE, SOUTH COAST PLAZA

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Our Brand Ambassador key priority is to further develop domestic clientele, by leveraging their own local network and partnering with business introducers in order to bring new business to our boutique. The mission is to procure, attract and convert clients beyond the borders of the Boutique, the city and region. This individual will not only act inside but also outside of our boutique to identify, recruit, and convert new prospects by leveraging digital and physical tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary
• To achieve the boutique monthly and annual sales turnover, in line with Roger Dubuis commercial strategy, sales ceremony and client service excellence.
• To procure new clients through off site activations and activities.
• To actively seeks and develops new business through local events and partnerships in and around NYC area
• To build the network of personal shoppers and boost business referral activity
• To assist co-workers in the sales/aftersales process and work as a team under the supervision of the Boutique Manager
• To engage the clients with an unexpected, audacious, and incredible experiences
• To gain qualitative client data and improve the boutique client portfolio
• To assist in organizing marketing events
• To thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
• To ensure a constant perfect personal appearance

Secondary
• To take part actively in meetings, cycle inventory counts, and all daily operations as required
• To assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors during a sale – i.e. customer service, gift wrapping, conveying pieces from the stock.
• To perform all the “back of the house” activity that make boutique operates smoothly
• To perform any selectivity entrusted task by the Boutique Manager – i.e. re-stocking, display, sales accessories follow-up and maintenance
• To respect, apply and promote compliance and security rules

YOUR PROFILE:
• Extensive client book and experience working in luxury or related industries
• Eager to attend frequently luxury events, network and create leads outside of the Boutique
• Dynamic, agile and creative with strong entrepreneurial and social skills
• Elegant and inspiring, passionate and confident, empathetic and integrous, agile and entrepreneurial, team player and audacious
• Strong developer of customer loyalty and personal relationships
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Strong selling techniques and brilliant storytelling
• An organized person with an excellent attention to detail and high client treatment standards
• A Team player with excellent inter-personnel skills and multi-tasking
• Proficient with computers and systems
• Open to candidates with experience in hospitality, banking luxury, luxury cars, yachting, etc.
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Travel required 40%

• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Creative, entrepreneurial & proactive

Personal Skills:
• Fluent in English
• Other languages a plus (Chinese, Spanish)

Expected Hourly Range: $19-26 hourly. This role is eligible for commission. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
