Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst I will be a primary contact for the Sales teams with regards to calculating commissions. This position will also be instrumental in rolling out and improving our commission software (Xactly). They will learn the commission platform and will be trained accordingly. This role will assist in covering both B Braun and Aesculap commission calculations. This position will also help with Salesforce.com when quarterly commission calculations are not being calculated.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Analyze and assist with calculating field sales commissions and monthly performance metrics.
  • Coordinate, compile, and prepare the annual plan and quotas and distribute to field sales with Incentive Compensation team.
  • Provide analyses as required including data validation and sales/commission metrics and assist with reporting for management.
  • Analyze data trends and offer suggestions to management based on observations.
  • Support Salesforce.com initiatives and projects along with administrative duties which includes, but is not limited to, User Setup, Password Resets and other SFDC functionality.
  • Import data into an Excel spreadsheet or data tool and present it in a logical format.
  • Prepare, analyze and complete special projects for management and other functional areas as requested.
  • Act as liaison to other functional areas in order to create stronger interdepartmental links and communication channels.
  • Design, support and manage Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) program for transitioning the sales reporting platform.
  • Primary contact for Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) reporting in creating value-added analysis and variance reporting for various B. Braun divisions and departments.

  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Target Based Range

$50,870 – $63,590

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-02 years related experience required
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed
