Amazon Live is seeking a talented and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our Live Operations team in New York, Los Angeles, or Toronto. In this role you will be the point person for executing sold advertising packages, delivering customer satisfaction, and driving advertiser renewals. Amazon Live is fast-paced and ever-changing, and we are looking for a team member who is passionate to join us in this exciting and emerging business.
Key job responsibilities
– Executing all Amazon Live advertising packages from IO to end of campaign reporting
– Set up paid campaigns and track performance metrics for advertisers
– Have a deep knowledge of the program’s functions and capabilities
-Work cross-functionally to bring brand’s creative ideas into reality
– Work with different internal groups and partners to create new platform features, tools and initiatives, all while building at an Amazon scale
– Translate customer feedback into actionable changes to the program
– Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to deliver purchased ad package components to customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
