Primary Responsibilities
- Be an inspirational champion of data for Sales Incentive plans and establish a foundational data culture for the team
- Partner with key stakeholders across Walmart Connect and Finance to source, document, and translate Sales Incentives into an actionable BI product roadmap with a bias towards value creation
- Partner with cross functional teams, including finance, to analyze existing reporting and operational incentive processes and identify opportunities to streamline or automate
- Develop an ecosystem of high-impact, automated, reports
- Troubleshooting skill and oversight of the implementation and integration of new emerging tools and/or technologies that will enable Walmart Connect to work effectively and efficiently as an organization
- Requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The individual is expected to be resourceful and demonstrate the initiative to participate in advanced projects
- Models the Walmart values to foster our culture; holds oneself and others accountable, and maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Or, alternatively, possess 2 + years of professional experiencing working directly with big dataset
- 2 + years of business intelligence and / or analytics experience; business/media/ad ops/digital industry experience
- Understand systems integrations and implications both upstream and downstream
- Proficient in Power BI
- Experience with data pipeline design, master data management, reporting, data modeling, and table design
- Experience working with third party Power BI tools
- Experience working with Google Big Query
- Knowledge of Microsoft Tools and Systems; Retail Media Networks
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and, at times, challenging environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SalesForce, Google Ad Manager, Tableau, or other enterprise Ad systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Machine Learning models
- Experience working in and across large cross-functional organizations

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
