Walmart Connect is hiring Sales Enablement Leads across Display/Video, Data/Analytics, Sponsored Products, and Omni Solutions to drive growth in Walmart’s advertising business. In this role you will be responsible for managing the cross-functional relationship between Sales and your area of focus (e.g. Display or Analytics), representing the voice of sales within all cross-functional initiatives. This leader will be working across multiple teams within Walmart Connect in building strategies, plans and best practices to deliver insights and business results.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

  • You have managed cross-functional partnerships to operationalize, identify risks and assess efficiencies
  • You have represented Voice of Sales within cross-functional initiatives (Product, Analytics, Omni Commercialization, etc.) for your domain (e.g. Display)
  • You’ve partnered with Product Marketing on go-to-market process and Sales narrative development
  • You’ve streamlined and prioritize communication to Sales team from XFN partners (e.g. alpha/beta process)
  • You have partnered with Product Marketing to scale Voice of Customer collection
  • You’ve identified roles/responsibilities and key stakeholders and develop of ways of working within a matrix organization
  • You have strong troubleshooting skill and oversight of the implementation and integration of new emerging tools and/or technologies that will enable Walmart Connect to work effectively and efficiently as an organization
  • You have required an individual that works well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The individual is expected to be resourceful and demonstrate the initiative to participate in advanced projects
  • You have tight collaboration with internal teams inclusive of sales, analytics, finance, product, technology, business operations and analytics

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills, that enable you to use data to develop, validate and measure multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of media research, trafficking, tracking and reporting processes, techniques, and technologies
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams
  • Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Retail Media Networks
  • Experience working across multi-functional team (sales, account management, business operations, yield, optimization) and leading projects through problem identification to resolution
  • Understand systems integrations and implications both upstream and downstream
  • Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes
  • Knowledge and experience working with CRM, order management systems, ad servers, DSPs, BI platforms and other related advertising tools and systems
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and, at times, challenging environment
  • 3-5 years of media/ad ops/digital industry experience

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$195,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
