Overview
The Pepsi Lipton Partnership (PLP) JV is a 50/50 partnership between Unilever and Pepsi responsible for the branding, manufacturing and distribution of RTD Tea and Fountain in the US and Canada. It represents approximately $4B Retail Sales with products in ambient, chilled and foodservice across 6 brands. The tea category is steadily evolving with new refreshment and functional offerings.
As a Sales Finance Associate Manager within the PLP, you will be responsible for executing financial strategies that support the business.
As a Sales Finance Associate Manager, this person will collaborate across PLP Finance and Sales. This person will report to the Sales Finance Senior Manager and will partner with the PLP Sales Strategy team to provide financial and decision support. You will play a key role in supporting the business development managers: developing, reviewing and assessing period end results, building system forecasts by brand and package and building of the annual operating plan (AOP).
Responsibilities
- Building periodic forecasts and planning across brands and packages; managing all the elements of the top-line model, including volume, pricing, and trade inputs by brand and pack
- Partnering with Sales to drive transparency into periodic top-line results across all tea brands, packs, customers and channels, and divisions
- Aligning across a variety of stakeholders (e.g., sales team, divisions, sector, CCO) to build forecast and identify risks and opportunities; recommend and evaluate potential gap closure opportunities via QBR processes
- Develop deep understanding of commercial activities and drivers of performance by brand, package, division, channel/customer
- Connect with broader PBNA Sales Finance teams to learn and implement best practices
- Drive and implement the Finance Function of the Future vision for PLP Sales Finance, including the adoption of PepsiCo planning and reporting systems (Mosaic, Cockpit and Power BI)
- Ad hoc projects as needed to support sales and brand strategy work
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 – $135,600
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred); MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience and practical exposure in some of the following areas: Sales Planning, Commercial Strategy / Finance, Net Revenue Management, Brand Finance
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and influence stakeholder actions
- Transformation mindset, with an eagerness and critical eye to reinvent and implement new processes and adapt ways of working
- Experience with forecasting and financial modeling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional partners
- Ability to function independently or effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization
- Proficient in systems (Power BI, Cockpit, Excel, STAR2)
