Position Summary:
In this role you will serve as the chief financial advisor for the customer teams you support. You will provide financial analysis and fiduciary leadership in various areas including customer level negotiations, In Market Planning/Quarterly Business Reviews, and mid-year gap closing opportunities. You will partner closely with the sales organization and other key cross-functional partners, including shopper marketing, category insights, and supply chain to help deliver on the financial targets of our business.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall support for financial analysis of trade promotions, working with Sales Teams to ensure they are optimizing the promotional calendar while also meetings revenue and profit objectives
- Lead ad-hoc pricing/promotion related projects and analysis with a focus on return on investment (ROI) and profit/loss (P&L). Quantify opportunities and risk and recommend alternatives. Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management
- Support customer deductions management process, inclusive of reporting and analysis
- Provide coaching, direction and leadership to cross-functional team members in order to achieve business results
- Review new business proposals, identify issues, risk and opportunities. Execute financial due diligence and explain ramifications of findings and recommendations for project progress
- Develop innovative approaches to complex problems and situations. Conduct research including external benchmarking and utilize statistical tools and scenario analysis to guide sound financial business decisions
- Communicate complex financial information and concepts to both financial and business leaders to support and influence decision making

The approximate pay range for this position is $125,038 to $159,468. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
