Description
Protect-US Private Security is currently hiring for in an office administrator positon for the Sales Department. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Our office admin role works M-Th out of our Costa Mesa, with the option to work remotely on Fridays as needed. Hours are 9AM-4PM.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Social Media Experience in terms of how to post and sponsor ads
- Overall organizational skills with calendar Management and oversight
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
