Job Description
This position reports to the Sales Operations Mgr. responsible for Americas Territory Management. The person in this role will provide Analytical and Administrative Support Related to Sales Territory Account Assignments, Visibility, Order Assignments and Compensation Crediting for Americas Field Sales, Channel Sales and Channel Specialists Organizations.
Duties
Maintain Sales Org integrity and execution of New Sales Rep Set Up in SFDC, SAP, Anaplan
Intake, Status, Analysis and Resolution of Sales Achievement and Account Assignment/Order Assignment/Crediting Issues Raised by AMER ENT, CLD and US SP Field Sales, Channel Sales and/or Sales Finance for both POS and Non POS Transactional Data
Intake, Status, Analysis and Resolution of Master Data issues impacting Sales Crediting within the AMER Sales Theater. This includes but not limited to Account Classification, Account Designation and Account Hierarchical Relationships Related to Juniper’s Customer Master Guidelines and Field Sales Territory Requirements
Monitor and Action Sales Help Desk Cases Including but not Limited to Case Creation, Case Escalation, Case Analysis and Resolution
Other Sales Territory Related Support Tasks and/or Projects as Required
Qualifications
3+ years acting in a Sales Operations/Sales Support Role related to Sales Systems Including both Direct and Indirect (Channel Distribution) Sales Models
Understanding of Sales and Customer Account Hierarchies Including Ultimate Parent to Parent to Subsidiary Relationships
Knowledge and Experience using Tools such as Hoovers (Matchbook) and D&B
Skill sets
Data Analysis Skills using MS Excel including use of V Lookup Function and Pivot Tables
Ability to Track and Provide Clear Status on Operational Support Activities Being Performed
Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks in Parallel
Experienced in Sales Territory Structures and Administration
Experienced in POS (Point of Sale) Transactional Data
Salesforce.com Sales User Administration
Experienced in SAP, and Anaplan CRM Usage

Minimum Salary: $63,360.00
Maximum Salary:$97,152.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $63,360.00 and $97,152.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
