Role Overview
The primary focus of the Sales & Operations Coordinator is to ensure the needs of the sales team are met for Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce channels. This position will assist the Operations Account Manager with order processing, stock movements, shipping, provide excellent customer service and overall support of the Sales, Product & Operations function.
Responsibilities (or Mission)
- Work with Operations Account Manager to ensure overall operation for category of watches. Assist stores with merchandise transfers to fulfill stock needs/sold orders and consignment (retail, e-commerce, and wholesale).
- Monitor inbound shipments and work with warehouse to ensure timely arrivals to accounts.
- Processing purchase orders, sales orders, credit returns, stock movements, returns to Panerai HQ and other sales related transactions.
- Provide timely responses to retail/wholesale inquiries, regarding product price, availability, and delivery while offering excellent customer service.
- Assist with all sample’s movements for Retail Sample Tour and consign watches as applicable.
- Work with all Dallas and NY warehouse teams on all (inbound / outbound) for receiving of watches in stock.
- Conduct maintenance of stock watches at warehouses, to ensure seamless operations for the day-to-day functions.
- Handle warranty, NFC card, box, and other items request, for all channels with HQ and US and Canada network.
- Assist with department related projects as needed and office tasks as needed including but not limited to answering telephones, assisting with office mailings, BTQ runs (to reps, dealers, lunches etc….).
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree required
- 2+ years sales/inventory and logistic experience
- Be able to work under supervision and on your own as needed.
- Strong knowledge of operations process for Computer Proficient (MS Office, SAP, FedEx)
- Detail conciseness, outstanding written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints and develop appropriate solutions.
- Pro-active approach to tasks. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills , follow up is a must.
- Strong communication skills are a must, able to collaborate with team, prioritize and multitask.

Expected Salary Range: $31.25/hr
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
