Director of North America Sales Operations

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of North America Sales Operations to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Operations, the Director of North America Sales Operations will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our field sales teams. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional leadership skills to drive efficiency, productivity, and overall sales performance across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the operational activities of the North America sales support teams, including quoting and CRM management, to ensure seamless execution and coordination of sales operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement in sales operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to align sales operations with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for the sales operations team, ensuring consistent monitoring and reporting of results.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales Operations in developing and implementing sales strategies, annual plans, and budgets for the North America region.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales operations, and proactively propose innovative ideas and initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the sales operations team, promoting a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization, efficiency improvement, and project management.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Minimum Salary: $151,800.00

Maximum Salary:$232,760.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $151,800.00 and $232,760.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
