We are seeking a Sales Order Administration Specialistto join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA; Austin, TX; or St. Petersburg, FL office.
Job Summary
The Sales Order Administration Specialist is responsible for providing pre-sale and post-sale support for the Imprivata Sales Team members with product policies and booking policy knowledge; triage and process sales orders and assist in producing sales quotes to maximize sales rep productivity. This role actively communicates with the Regional Sales Team, Operations & Fulfillment, and Finance Team members to ensure the accurate processing of all thing sales order related. This position reports to Sr Manager, Global Sales Order Operations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review quotes and verify orders for pricing and policy accuracy and request/produce missing information (including review for completed quote, PO, accurate pricing and maintenance selection, credit check, reseller certificates, reseller agreements, maintenance and more).
- Process approved customer orders in NetSuite and verify the fulfillment thereof.
- Have a solid understanding of products and company policies as they apply to orders and convey understanding to the sales team as needed.
- Provide support to sales organization on basic quote configurations in support of regional sales managers if needed.
- Interact with Finance, Fulfillment, and Accounts Receivable on sales order related questions.
- Any other Sales Operations related tasks or projects requested by the management
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in a professional environment; preferably in technology.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to be comfortable to interact at all organizational levels.
- Experience with quote and configure tools is preferable.
- High attention to detail.
- High degree of persistence and integrity with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Excellent in multitasking; ability to handle high volume inquires through email, phone, IM, and other channels particularly at quarter close.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in Salesforce.com required
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook..
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
This position offers a salary range of $59,800.00 to $72,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
