Sales Program Director

Juniper Networks Inc., a global leader in Cloud, Data Center, Enterprise and Security Networking, is seeking an experienced leader to promote a culture of operational excellence, agility, visibility, accountability, and collaborative decision making. The Sales Program Director role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills and rigor. The successful person will be deeply involved in developing and rolling out a variety of Sales Programs to the field organization.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Program Director is an operational and strategic role supporting the VP GTM Sales Strategy Office. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage team to develop scalable sales programs frameworks and roll out programs to ensure operational success.
  • Design, enable and measure end to end success of sales programs and plays from lead generation to deal close.
  • Report ROI and feedback to sales leadership
  • Develop and roll out standardized sales methodology, account plans, and pipeline plans etc. to the field sales organization.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with leaders in sales ops, marketing, product management, services, corporate communications, HR, and training to increase revenue.
  • Share best practices around sales tools, methodologies and programs.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ Years of experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or sales enablement leadership role.
  • Driven, analytical, creative problem solver.
  • Proven record of accountability and quality execution, accomplished independently or collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated project management skills driving cross-functions, complex projects.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to distill and convey information in a compelling manner.
  • Versed in with sales process (CRM), sales messaging (Challenger) and sales methodology (MEDDICC)
  • Ability to build trust with Sales leaders and teams within GTM organization.

Minimum Salary: $138,000.00

Maximum Salary:$211,600.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $138,000.00 and $211,600.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
