Role Insight

This role is supporting the sales and purchasing teams to deliver an excellent customer experience by handling administrative tasks that are critical to ensuring a smooth customer journey when buying, trading in or selling a watch.

You will be working closely with Sales Ambassadors, the Purchasing Lead, Operations & Aftersales Administrator and Watchfinder service centre teams to coordinate delivery of orders, collections label distribution, book in purchase orders and support with movement of stock across our global locations. This role will be 4 month assignment.

You will also support the Sales, Purchasing and Aftercare teams with delivering a high service level across phones and written communication as and when needed, including responding to enquiries and resolving queries.

You will be a confident communicator, driven and self-motivated, with a strong customer focus and experience delivering operational processes to a high standard. This is a fast paced role so, strong attention to detail is essential and you must have a “can do” approach with the proven ability to work on your own initiative.

Duties will include:

Purchasing Support:

  • Processing collections label requests
  • Supporting customers with general queries about the Sell Your Watch process, either over the phone or via email
  • Booking appointments for drop offs
  • Booking in watches accurately
  • Supporting the Purchasing Coordinator with ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when needed

Sales Support:

  • Supporting customers with general queries about buying or trading in a watch, either over the phone or via email
  • Booking appointments for viewing or collecting a watch
  • Assisting with movement of stock between locations to fulfil orders
  • Dispatching orders
  • Supporting the Sales team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when needed

Aftercare Support:

  • Assisting the Operations & Aftersales Administrator with warranty returns processes and Aftercare queries as and when needed

  • Ability to take in technical information and follow instructions and directions precisely
  • Results driven and motivated
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Strong communication skills and confidence
  • Able to adhere to the WF & Co policies and procedures and Health and Safety procedures
  • Experience in working with customers on a one to one basis, sales and negotiation in a luxury retail, boutique or sales setting is highly advantageous

Salary Range: $20 to $25 an hour
