The Sales Reporting Broker Manager will sell to and manage broker accounts in the Gulf Coast states, while also coordinating and administering the data needed for reporting our sales activity. We prefer our candidate to live in or near Fort Walton Beach / Destin, FL.

I. Job Summary

  • Primarily responsible for coordinating heavy maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of process changes.
  • Acts as a liaison between Sales managers and Area General Manager.
  • Heavy daily analytical dive of sales database.
  • Process corrections in data base on a daily basis to drive a correct report out to Corporate.
  • Area level inside position responsible for managing sales-related activities directly with assigned Waste Brokers for WM-serviced accounts.
  • An assigned Book of Business will be managed by this inside staff position in order to manage the profitable retention and growth of our business that is contracted through assigned third-party Waste Brokers.
  • Administrative tasks make up a significant portion of the daily duties, negotiation skills and contract management required.

  • Negotiation of contract terms and rate structure with Third-Party Waste Brokers.
  • Administrative Management of service-related requests by Third-Party Waste Brokers.
  • Securing New Business opportunities through strong relationships and leveraged negotiations.

Education and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Experience: One year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

VI. Comp & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $57,000 to $58,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
