THE ROLE
Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a full-time W-2 sales position to our existing Outside Sales Team in the greater San Diego area. We meet with clients in their homes to design and build a project that satisfies their needs. We take care of all the marketing and prospect screening for you. Then we set appointments based off the schedule you provide. Transform your customer’s homes and create additional earning opportunities by generating referral business with your happy clients. You will receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a very strong commission based compensation package. Our goal is to have you succeed and make well over $200k a year; if you do well, we do well. We want you focused on selling and working direct with new clients; this is not a project management role. When your jobs are sold, we have a team that takes over the project from that point.

Primary job responsibilities
- Meeting with homeowners to establish need, and go through sales process
- Complete all contract and payment paperwork
- Hand off clean jobs with detail of work scope to installation department
- Be a positive presence on the Sales Team
- Enjoy meeting new people and establishing quick bonds and rapport
- Continue ongoing development with managementAttend weekly Sales Meeting and contribute to discussion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred (can be offset by relevant work experience)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended
- A proven track record of closing sales.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and results orientation.
- Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
