You’ll make an impact by:

  • Devising strategic sales initiatives focused on how our teams leverage our sales tech sta ck (CRM, Sales Intelligence / Engagement platforms, LMS)
  • Drive org strategy by making key systems prioritization and investment decisions
  • Partner closely with revenue operations leadership to execute actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth and improve existing sales processes & operations through our tech stack
  • Manage vendor relationships, including renewal negotiations, integrations, and provisioning
  • Identifying ways to drive performance across the Sales & Business Development Organization by using data-driven decision making
  • Manage cross-functional projects with sales by building models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives
  • Supporting in the execution of playbooks and implementation of all aspects of Go-To-Market plan

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years’ experience administering, optimizing and scaling sales-related systems ( e.g. SalesForce , ZoomEngage , Chorus.AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipe drive etc. )
  • 4 + years’ experience in Sales Strategy & Operations
  • Excellent project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively handle ambiguity, manage cross-functional partners, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed-upon due dates
  • Can take a proactive, consultative approach, building trust consistently and quickly
  • Skilled at prioritization and organization and work well under pressure
  • Critical data-driven decision-making skills and strong in excel and analytical tools
  • Hold a high standard of ethics and integrity
  • Desire to get 1% better everyday

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience preparing for and running a meeting with cross-functional leaders, taking notes then delegating appropriate action items for follow-up
  • Familiarity with submittin g proposals and budget requests to senior leaders
  • Can work with SQL or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on analytical tools
  • Previous experience working with Sales & Business Development Leaders
  • Experience building from 0 to 1
  • Proven success working in a hybrid work environment with teammates across the country
  • Consistently hit objectives and goals

The annual salary range for this position is $97500 to $162500. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) • Stock equity incentives
