What does a great Sales Support Coordinator do?

As the Sales Support Coordinator for our North America Agency Sales team, you will join a team that strives to be better and expect more. This role encompasses a variety of functions that support the Agency Account Management team, allowing them to focus on selling, customer growth, and closing deals. This role will work with the agency sales teams focused on top- and mid-tier agencies in the North America region. It is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced company during a truly exciting transformation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support sales teams by effectively and efficiently managing and responding to queries pertaining to customer billing, collections, segment production, incentives, contracting generation, marketing, and provisioning.
  • Support sales teams with production of proposals and sales collateral through Seismic; coordinate RFP and RFI responses; pulling data for business reviews.
  • Understand and manage complete process flow for various contracting, provisioning, and billing activities.
  • Oracle CRM pipeline management – monitor and ensure accuracy; generate recurring and ad hoc reports.
  • Provide general administrative support for the team.

  • Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments concurrently; well-organized, self-disciplined, and high degree of self-motivation. Reliable and trustworthy too.
  • Articulate and clear communicator. And excellent attention to detail.
  • MS Excel and Powerpoint proficiency – ability to do vlookup’s and dashboard-based reporting is a big plus.

Salary Target: $65,000 – $75,000

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
