Job Description
Summary
This position provides sales and marketing team support in the way of administrative and reporting tasks. Acts as liaison between different Minerals locations and business lines. Tracks proposals and project status and provides consistent reporting on various sales activities.
Job Functions
- Report generation on an as needed basis.
- Compile data from the master database, CRM, and other spreadsheets to provide data reports, including but not limited to proposals issued vs. accepted, reason lost/won/withdrawn, experiences lists, pipeline reviews. These are required on an ad hoc basis, as requested by Project Managers, .
- Follow up client deliverables on a regular basis

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- A college diploma or university degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field would be an asset. (Preferred)
- Previous experience and knowledge of the mining sector or laboratory analytics would be an asset (Preferred)
- 1 – 3 years of experience in proposals coordination would be an asset (Preferred)

- Candidates must be proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) (Required)
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment (Required)
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition (Required)
- Ability to work well with others and independently (Required)
- Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail (Required)
- Works well under pressure (Required)
- Strong focus on high quality client service (Required)
- Candidate must be confident in leading others through the document development process as required, and in asserting that proposals meet all prospective client requirements. (Preferred)
- Ensures full compliance with the company’s Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies. (Required)
Pay range:
- $21-$31/hour (dependent on experience)
Computer Skills
- Office 365 intermediate proficiency (Required)
- DocuSign software (Preferred)
- Experience with PandaDoc proposal generation software (Preferred)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience including Salesforce (Preferred)
