This is a full-time, in-person (Monday – Friday) at our Hubbard, Oregon location.

Position Summary: The Sales & Support Specialist is the first point of contact for current and future customers of Ulven Manufacturing. The role will lead the customer through the entire sales process, from inquiry to product shipment. This role is key to the meet the organization’s financial goals by selling across all products and business lines, while maintaining current customer relationships and pursuing new customers and industries.

  • Manufacturing/Fabrication or similar industrial experience
  • Proficient in ERP/CRM systems, Epicor preferred
  • Keen attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional and energetic with initiative
  • Ability to work and contribute collaboratively
  • Willing to approach circumstances as opportunities
  • Curious about people and product
  • Solution based sales and customer support
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

The Task Highlights:

  • Maintain current customer relationships
  • Pursue sales leads
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customer inquiries, within established company expectations
  • Create professional, creative, and accurate customer presentations
  • Educate customers
  • Keep accurate and timely records of all inquiries, bids, transactions, comments, concerns, and response in/through Epicor
  • Partner across departments to create World Class Customer Experience
  • Occasional domestic travel
