We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator who:
As a Product Owner will be responsible for making decisions about the product, managing the products strategic roadmap and communicating that roadmap. Provides advanced support in all aspects of design, development, implementing and administration of SFDC environment and applications; works closely with end users to understand their key requirements and implement holistic solutions that consider the needs of the entire company; troubleshoots application problems and escalates to the vendor when appropriate. Support integration with enterprise-wide applications. Plans, organizes and leads SFDC development projects optimizing company-wide for our continued growth and success.
Essential Functions:

  • Implements changes within SFDC to applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, dashboards, reports, profiles, roles, security, etc. Supports change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and update existing applications.
  • Monitors, updates and maintains integrity of SFDC data. Develops new functionality based on business requirements; configure and customize SFDC fields and objects.
  • Partners with subject matter experts to refine and measurably improve processes. Performs unit and UAT testing on new products and developments.
  • Develops, implements and maintains a SFDC reporting and dashboard strategy. Performs data backups.
  • Serves as a liaison between product and development
  • Communicate and train impacted organizations on process and system changes
  • Provides support to employees as problems arise, helping to diagnose, debug, and implement an appropriate solution. Provides ongoing training and support to end users; works closely with training to develop web-based training.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
You’ll be successful with the following qualifications:
Education:

  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Five years’ experience configuring and developing SFDC; Salesforce Lightning experience: Preferred

The estimated base pay for this position is $85,336-$128,004. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
