We are working on new technologies to tackle Selling Partner management, tool engagement, strategic planning, and supply chain and logistics optimization in order to help grow the businesses of our suppliers and improve the customer experience. Our instances (Salesforce and AWS) support millions of suppliers and thousands of internal customers across 30+ countries. Our Salesforce instance is one of the largest implementations at Amazon and Pardot instance is the largest implementation in the world; and with data volume across tetra bytes.

We are looking for a Salesforce/AWS Administrator/ Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) systems.

This role will be responsible for developing, configuring and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet customer requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations. The Salesforce/AWS Administrator & Technical Program Manager should also demonstrate working knowledge of AWS Configurations, Visual Studio Code and GitHub.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze complex Salesforce business processes, including data management and lighting flows.
• Design, develop and deploy solutions, including the application and custom objects and fields, lightning flows etc. using Visual Studio code and Github for version control.
• Perform periodic and ad-hoc testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise with Salesforce applications and configurations.
• Manage stakeholder and customer expectation for both technical and operational support.
• Manage and coordinate technical programs across multiple geographies.
• Monitor performance trends and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain standards, policies, and rules for teams.
• Create and maintain documentation, define best practices and communications
• Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platform, processes and solutions.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of AWS Configuration and Visual Studio Code and GitHub.
• Assist with other duties as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field and experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator implementing and configuring Salesforce.com
  • You take responsibility for the business solutions you provide – from requirements gathering through to post go-live support (end-to-end ownership).
  • You are able to review solutions to make sure impacts to dependent systems or processes are eliminated, minimized, or mitigated
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling and database schema.
  • Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with large data volumes and data migrations across multiple tools and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and/or Marketing issues as a consultant or project lead
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Informatica)
  • Experience with advanced security configuration of the force.com platform
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Salesforce products (Salesforce for Outlook, Einstein Analytics, Pardot).
  • Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Data Loader).
  • Experience with AWS products (S3, SES, SQS, Redshift).
  • Experience developing and implementing solutions across multiple businesses.
  • Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles, and source control management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $182,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
