Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business and understand CRM Analytics functional requirements; Translate those requirements into technical solution
  • Implement solutions that adhere to platform best practices
  • Own all aspects of development and system testing

Qualifications Basic Skills

  • Earned Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics
  • Earned Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder and various other Salesforce Consultant certifications desired
  • Certified Salesforce admin
  • Hands-on experience with CRMA (formerly Einstein Analytics)
  • Good written and oral communication skills a must

Advanced Skills
Delivered a minimum of two projects focused specifically on:

  • Einstein Discovery
  • Einstein Next Best Action (Recommendation Builder)
  • Predictive Analytics with Einstein
  • Einstein Experience in Sales Cloud
  • Einstein Experience in Marketing Cloud

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM Analytics components like data manager, dataflows, recipes, bindings, SOQL/SOSL/SAQL, lens, visualizations, and publishing back on Lightning record page layouts
  • Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, produce data samples/prototypes and produce ad-hoc reports. Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources
  • Familiarity with Einstein AI components like Next Best Action, Prediction Builder, and Insights.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics standard Apps
  • Experience in building, maintaining, and migrating these assets in Salesforce ecosystem
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas
  • Data mining, predictive analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from large-scale data sets

Ability to create client deliverables such as design documentation, unit test plans and well Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $98,900 – $150,300

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
