Term: 6-Month Contract, possibility of leading to permanent employment
Location: Hybrid, On-site 3 days/wk in Downtown Cleveland
Pay Rate: Up to $45/Hr.
Job Description:
This role is somewhat of an IT Generalist with good experience in Salesforce – not development, but process mapping and how other systems / platforms integrate into Salesforce. There are 3 “buckets” of work:
Salesforce-related work:
- Bulk data imports & upserts
- Report & dashboard creation and training
- XLR8 & Salesforce release functionality review
- New hire onboarding
- Page layout & field maintenance and changes
- XLR8 Pulse page maintenance
- User management – Permission set, profile, role maintenance
- Audit usage of data and Salesforce functionality as a result of change requests
- Troubleshoot user permissions and functionality
- Documenting customizations & integrations for system admin purposes
- Running manual monthly, quarterly or annual data “rollovers”
System ambiguous work:
- Frontline helpdesk support
- Assist with user adoption efforts (education, one-on-one assistance)
- Jitterbit integration maintenance
- New user setup (Salesforce, OnBase)
- License procurement & management (Salesforce, OnBase, MME, Tamarac SF app, PDF Butler, HubSpot)
- User profile maintenance
- Offboarding
- Assist with acquisition integration projects
- LMS/training content
Project work:
- Charter creation / milestone tracking
- Training manuals & videos
- Manual data manipulation
- UAT coordination and reporting
- Coordinating meetings
- Project status communication & reports
