Job Title

TECHNICAL LEAD – SALESFORCE

Required Skills

Technical Skills- SFDC Dev, Service Cloud, knowledge on CI/CD pipelines or deployment experience,

Roles & Responsibilities
• As a Salesforce Tech lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of salesforce developers and engineers and drive delivery of a given module withing a project.
• Serves as a technical expert on Salesforce.com – Service Cloud and the Force.com platform.
• Hands-on experience with design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in declarative customization, APEX, Lightning Components, data modeling, Integration (REST/SOAP), Integration Patterns, and data migration.
• Works directly with the clients to lead project team, develops and deliver key components of technology solutions.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to team members, including offshore team members.
• Release and environment management including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparison and version control.
• Work directly with cross-functional team if required.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with salesforce development and Service cloud.
• One or more current salesforce certifications (Developer I/II , Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant)
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices using APEX, Integration and Lightning Components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, multiple salesforce project deployments including release and environment management
• Good understanding and hands on experience on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience using Salesforce tools like Data Import Wizard, Data Loader and Visual Studio Code

NA Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$ 103,670 – $152,830] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
