Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This position will be part of the National Retail Sales Organization.
Job Description:
The Sam’s Club Beverage DSD Replenishment Coordinator will support replenishment activities for Category 52, Category 40, & Café at Sam’s Club.
Responsibilities
PO Management:
- Manage Daily POs (Purchase Orders) for designated PBC and FOBO locations, assisting field and Bottler teams with updating Delivery quantities and dates as necessary and helping to triage scheduling and delivery issues
- While managing Purchase Orders, eliminate/minimize out of stocks and low on hands on a Club-by-Club basis to meet Customer’s in-stock goal of 99.5%
- While managing Purchase Orders, reduce fulfillment churn and product waste by ensuring clubs do not over-order vs true (dynamic) sales demand; assist field in Out-of-Date pickups and network rebalancing as necessary
- Create system Cleanse to ensure all Purchase Orders are fulfilled (delivered) and reorder takes place as necessary to support demand
- Create High On-Hand Report and disperse to PBC and FOBO locations to assist with managing inventory in ALL Clubs
- Execute Transition Display Validation Report and disperse to PBC and FOBO locations. This report ensures that enough product is available to support In-Club displays
Reporting & Item Management:
- Manage Item Status by verifying Active Items, Seasonal Items, Limited Time Items, One Time Buy Items, and Cancelled Items to support Purchase Orders
- Verify Descriptions, Dimensions, Costs, Product Weights, Transmodes and Means within Sam’s Club GRS system to ensure Purchase Orders are not “kicked out” of the system
- Update and send daily Club Performance, PBC/FOBO Item Status
- Provide weekly updates on OOS rationale and recovery plan by point of distribution
Misc Team Support:
- Assist Team when needed
- Research GRS Issues
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,400 to $68,000 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Supply Chain/Replenishment experience
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
Preferred candidates will have:
- Extensive knowledge of Retail Link and/or GRS; proficiency with Excel reporting
- Ability to forecast accurately
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to set vision, explore new processes & technologies, communicate strategies and manage change
- Team/collaboration-based approach to decision making
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Effective formal presentation skills
- Personal time management skills and proven ability to meet timelines, with intrinsic motivation and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of DSD/Beverage Industry
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Solid analytical, problem solving, trouble shooting skills. Planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a challenging / fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, without compromising attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
