  • Previous scheduling experience
  • Experience using Primavera and M.S. Projects
  • Previous nuclear experience
  • Basic understanding of planning and scheduling concepts
  • Basic written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Basic problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Fundamental working knowledge of PC-based applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Your Opportunity

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Scheduler in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Project Management Office in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include developing and maintaining project schedules, updating schedule status and analysis using Primavera and Microsoft Project software’s, interfaces with multiple business lines and organizational units to develop schedules and project-related reports, generating accurate, timely reports for senior management and executives. Under close supervision, this position is responsible for establishing schedules and resource requirements for operating plant and/or new plant deployment projects. Coordinates with project partners on the development and implementation of project schedules; tracks and monitors project schedules through completion.

  • Develops and maintains current project schedules, schedule status and analysis with appropriate software.
  • Assists in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements.
  • Assists in identifying required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.).
  • Assists in coordinating with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools.
  • Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis.
  • Generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management.
  • Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $53,000 – $68,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
