Senior Lead, Corporate Communications

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Lead, Internal Communications is responsible for executing an internal communications strategy and plan to ensure that Kyndryl’s nearly 90,000 employees around the world are informed about Kyndryl’s many programs to aimed at being an employer of choice. They are responsible for all elements of the internal communications plans, from strategic plan development through tactical execution. They will be collaborative, but also very comfortable and driven working independently.

Responsibilities:
• Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
• Draft content for employee consumption
• Foster relationships with key internal collaborators
• Collaborate with communications and HR professionals to produce content for a variety of internal mediums
• Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership
• Develop videos
• Organize broad communications events such as live, virtual town hall meetings
• Experience in content development and editing

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $89,030 to $203,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• BS/BA in public relations, writing, communications, or relevant field
• Minimum of 5+ years of internal communications experience
• Proven experience as communications specialist
• Experience in content development and editing
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Proficient command of English

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Experience in web design and content production is a plus
• Experience with photo and video-editing software is an asset
• Experience with using Teams and Yammer for internal communications is a plus
• Experience in internal communications focused on HR programs is a plus
