A leading payments firm is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team ASAP to lead two major initiatives for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for technology infrastructure/platform systems teams for key programs/products
- Oversee the program while ensuring objectives are met, effectively scheduling and managing delivery
- Document accomplishments as well as meeting agendas and notes, following up on action items
- Effectively communicate with leadership/across teams
- Maintain documentation for project charter, tasks, roles and success benchmarks
Background Requirements:
- Bachelot’s degree in business, technology or related
- 5+ years managing projects in mid to large sale environments
- 5+ years using agile methodologies
- PMP certification, Scrum Master certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Location: New York City, 2-3 days a week onsite
Salary: 120-130k base + 15% bonus
