Title: Scrum Master/ Business Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid- 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 month contract (possible extension)
Compensation: $53-$58/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Job Description:
- The Scrum Master / Business Analyst will support the execution of projects within Client’s Travel’s digital product portfolio from original concept to launch.
- Break down User Stories into individual actionable and measurable JIRA tickets with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create JIRA tickets based on feedback, topics of discussion from meetings & standups.
- Maintain and fill product sprint backlogs
- Create documentation for functionality / change descriptions.
- Remove blockers and impediments to allow for seamless strategic feature initiative delivery.
- Evaluate ceremonies and processes to make sure team is working in an Agile fashion.
- Assist in the creation of user stories based on defined requirements and prototype designs and user experiences.
- Support the Product Owner to define and execute strategic objectives defined on the overall digital product strategy roadmap.
Skillset / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
