What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity where you’ll make an impact on people upskilling their career? To lead individuals and inspire them to reach for amazing ? In this role, you will support the educational guidance of adult learners who are seeking to become licensed professionals. Your expertise will enable learners to experience effective, engaging learning experiences in a virtual classroom setting. You will focus on innovative and creative techniques to ensure learner’s success with obtaining their Resident State Insurance Sales License. Also, as an experienced learner and expert, you will perform routine clerical duties, such as updating daily excel reports for tracking learner’s progress.
You’ll report to the Licensing Manager. You prepare our associates to successfully obtain their insurance license(s) and appointment(s) to allow the company to conduct business in each state.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Deliver and facilitate blended learning via virtual live classroom and/or on-site, while maintaining 100% accuracy of all training completion records and reports
- Manage communication between multiple departments and adult learners
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, processes, and reporting; administration for TTEC’s global training platform
- Obtain and maintain a state exam passing rate of for potential candidates
- Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with each training goal
- Perform various other tasks and special projects, as required
What You Bring to the Role
- Must have an active 215 or 240 R esident State Insurance License
- 1+ year of Facilitation or Training experience with proficient knowledge of adult learning theory with strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
- Able to create and deliver training, provide guidance and advice in a virtual and/or on-site learning environment while delivering classroom management skills specifically focused on insurance (Medicare & U65 (ACA) to a individuals
- Above average knowledge of virtual learning technology, i.e. Zoom.
- High level of integrity, judgment and follow through and ability to effectively adapt to ongoing varying work environment
- Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and client with great interpersonal skills in with a diverse population
- Computer experience with MS Office, customer relationship management applications, and learning management systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $20-$23/hr.
- Depending on location, you may be asked to be onsite and/or travel to a location for a predetermined time.
