The Seasonal Summer Maintenance Assistant.is responsible for general duties including the operation of light equipment, facility and infrastructure maintenance, mowing, event set-up assistance and other duties as assigned.
The hours are typically Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 3:00pm. Evening and weekend hours may be required based on need. The seasonal position is for approximately 16 weeks typically to begin in mid to late May. This temporary position is non-exempt with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and offers of employment are subject to successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical
- Requires the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs and occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance is required
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
