Performs diverse departmental office/clerical duties.
Job Responsibility
- Performs diversified office/clerical duties including, but are not limited to:
- Typing various correspondence, reports, and articles.
- Taking dictation and minutes.
- Transcribing.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintaining files.
- Receptionist duties.
- Making, taking, screening and recording messages and telephone calls.
- Maintaining records.
- Filing patient records, and collecting/processing payments.
- Preparing statistical data.
- Keeping inventory and ordering supplies.
- Performs other non-clinical duties supporting departmental operations and administrative processes, as needed
- Making travel arrangements.
- Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Prior secretarial experience, required.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, required.
- Ability to take dictation and minutes, and transcribe from tapes and/or Dictaphone, required.

Maximum: $25.8489
The salary range for this position is $24.54-$25.84/hour
