Job Description
The Security and Lost and Found Dispatcher are responsible for coordinating the security efforts of the property, as well as handling lost and found items. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Security dispatcher, you will:
- Monitor security cameras and alarms
- Dispatch security guards to incidents
- Investigate security breaches
- Maintain security records
- Receive and process lost and found reports
- Return lost items to owners
- Communicate with guests and staff about security matters
- Other duties as assigned
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in security or a related field
- Class D Security License required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
