Pay Range: $30.05 – $44.13 USD hourly.

Purpose of Job:

Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing technical support to ensure quality patient care and user satisfaction as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing overall security strategy alongside Information Technology leadership.
  • Works closely with compliance in auditing and maintaining government directed security standards.
  • Serves as the primary liaison for 3rd party security vendors that are partnered with CHAS Health.
  • Leads operational event monitoring, identification, investigation, and resolution of security related events leveraging monitoring, investigation, and review of enterprise security tools including enterprise XDR, NDR, SIEM and SOAR products.
  • Develops, manages, and maintains Identity and Access Management for enterprise applications.
  • Assists in developing and training employees on CHAS Health incident response playbook.
  • Assists in developing and maintaining CHAS Health vulnerability risk management program leveraging best-of-breed platforms.
  • Reviews and maintains enterprise NDR solution.
  • Works closely in a team environment that provides an opportunity for growth along with mentorship to other technicians.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.

Qualifications:

: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical field or equivalent work experience preferred. CompTIA, Cisco, GIAC, or other industry recognized IT security certifications is preferred. Minimum of 5 years IT experience in an enterprise environment required, preferably with a focus on network and systems security. Understanding of conditional access, MFA and SSO frameworks required. Experience with health information technologies & HIPAA methodologies preferred.

: Excellent technical skills, problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to work independently, contribute to a team environment, maintain positive attitude, and commitment to quality required. Physical Demands:

Required to stand, sit, and be mobile up to one-third of the time. Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel over two-thirds of the time, while reaching with hands and arms occurs one-third of the day. Required to read from text and computer screen over two-thirds of the time. Climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching occurs less than one-third of the time. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. Lifting occurs about half the time up to 10 lbs. and less than one-third of the day from 25-40 lbs. Rarely is there a need to life more than 41 lbs.
