We’re hiring a Senior Account Director to join our growing Account Management division at Insider Intelligence, the leading provider of research focused on digital transformation.
As a Senior Account Director on the Agency Team, you will focus on ensuring customer success, retention and growth; while constantly looking for opportunities to broaden relationships within our largest and longest term holding company agency clients. This Senior Account Director’s book is composed of our top agency clients. And will be responsible for leading our holding company relationships, while also managing agency accounts within those holding companies, along with a few independents. A successful Senior Account Director is a proactive problem solver with a dedication to client success and a strong sales acumen. Senior Account Directors on the Agency Team should have experience navigating and selling into complex organizational structures, and building relationships at C-Level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day relationships with portfolio of 20+ clients and develop account specific and holding company specific strategies
- Establish strong relationships with key client contacts; build advocates through value-driven conversations and solutions at every level of the holding company: agencies, geographies, practices, networks, and corporate
- Maintain consistent level of client activity, specifically call volume and inbound/outbound to senior level client contacts
- Establish a clear value proposition that demonstrates the impact of Insider Intelligence on a client’s business
- Identify budget contributors and gain experience selling via a multi-threaded approach
- Effectively negotiate contracts with a focus on retention and growth
- Consultative selling, which meets the needs of our business and clients
- Cross-selling new products, based on client needs
Desired Skills and Responsibilities:
- Full sales cycle Account Management experience
- Dedication to client success with a proven track record for establishing value propositions which align with client’s business needs and challenges
- Ability to form multi-threaded relationships
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Agency facing client experience, or agency experience preferred
- Prior experience in research sales, B2B sales, and/or SaaS is preferred
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $115,000-$145,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
- Commission plan
