Responsibilities
- Provide a detailed review of complex legal documents, supporting documents, and required forms for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
- Proofread and edit the copy and content for legal documents to ensure correctness of dates, information, spelling, and grammar
- Print and audit final estate planning, trust administration, probate, and business documents for client review and execution
- Ensure the end product meets and exceeds the clients’ objectives while accomplishing the best recommendations of the Attorney
- Support and provide leadership to Legal Drafters to allow for maximum job satisfaction and performance
- Prepare and review internal documentation standards, processes, and procedures to ensure they meet firm standards and legal compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional legal, writing, proofreading or editing experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and Outlook)
- CRM and supervisory experience preferred
- Meticulous time management and organization to meet and exceed deadlines on multiple projects at a time
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Strong writing and communication skills

- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:25 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Benefits
- Annual Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 DOE*
