Responsibilities
Work day-to-day with Agile teams to facilitate their delivery and remove impediments.
Manage, coach, and mentor teams.
Align multiple teams with different agile methodologies to ensure a quality software product and customer satisfaction.
Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Assist team to hold one another accountable to each other and their commitments.
Act as the champion of the team’s processes, and aim to foster empowerment, collaboration, and team ownership of actions and decisions.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
This position is able to be worked from Arlington, VA
- Master’s Degree with 20+ years’ experience.
- US Citizenship and a current active DoD TOP SECRET Clearance; with SCI ELIGIBILITY
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
- Five (5) or more years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team. You know how to use the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
- Experienced in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
- Experienced teaching technical teams basic to advanced Agile concepts including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD
- Excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
- Current SCI Clearance
- Possess one (or more) of the following: LPM, Cloud+, Security+
- Possess one (or more) of the following: CSM, PSM-I, or SSM
- Possess one (or more) of the following: IC-ACC, CSP, SASM, PMI-ACP
- 5+ years’ experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
- Experienced working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners
- Experienced working within a DevSecOps culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Target Salary Range
$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
