Key Responsibilities:
1) Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, managers, and IT teams, to understand and document business requirements, pain points, and challenges within the Oracle ERP environment.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications that can be used by the technical team for system configuration and development.
2) ERP Configuration and Customization:

- Work closely with the technical team to configure the Oracle ERP system to meet business needs, ensuring the system aligns with best practices and industry standards.
- Assist in identifying gaps between business requirements and standard ERP functionality, recommending appropriate customizations or extensions as needed.
- Participate in system testing, validating that configured solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
3) System Implementation and Integration:

- Support the implementation of system upgrades, new modules and functionalities within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the integration team to ensure seamless data exchange between the ERP and other relevant systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them effectively.
4) User Training and Support:

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system and its features.
- Offer ongoing support to users, addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to the ERP system.
5) Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP trends, features, and functionalities, identifying potential opportunities for further system optimization.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes and overall system efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Support Specialist working with Oracle ERP systems or other ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and their configurations, preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role starts at $70,000.
