Job Description
As a crucial member of the Analytics Training team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a data-driven learning culture at Providence. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional analytics product teams to develop customer-facing educational materials and communications. Additionally, you will work with design research and UI/UX experts to apply human-centered design principles to customer-facing activities. Working alongside fellow Analytic Trainers, you will design and facilitate engaging learning activities that prioritize building strong relationships with customers and product delivery teams. To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized and methodical, and demonstrate expertise in data literacy, project management, and adult education.
Required qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Healthcare, Information Systems, Informatics or related field.
- 4 years Experience in a healthcare, data analytics, informatics, mathematics or related experience.
- 4 years Experience liaising with customers and stakeholders.
- 4 years Experience and knowledge using BI software e.g. Tableau, PowerBI or other web-based data analytics products or tools.
- 4 years Experience in training or education.
Preferred qualification:
- At least one year of experience in a leadership or educator role within a healthcare setting.
- Experience in developing training programs that incorporate analytic solutions.
- Strong experience in creating customer-facing educational materials, training documentation, and/or online training programs.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Familiarity with Epic SlicerDicer for ad-hoc reporting.
