Senior Application Support Engineer/Specialist

Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert and systems product specialist for our primary systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Minerva, etc.
    • Work with the Salesforce team on the implementation, control, and evaluation function of the delivered solutions/modules and integrations with other SAAS/Onprem systems.
    • Work closely with business leadership, internal stakeholders, business analysts, and users within a fast-growing sales environment to ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights.
    • Review requirements against current architecture and configure Salesforce.com to business requirements.
    • Recommend a solution approach to align with core business architecture and objectives.
    • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of online financial reporting systems, dashboards, and pricing and modeling tools.
    • Day-to-day management of Salesforce and other company systems (NetSuite, Minerva, etc.).
    • Ensure reporting is created and structured for Senior Leadership Team.
    • Prioritize goals and objectives, and mentor more junior system administrators.
    • Support and control updates and changes.
    • Assist Sales and Business stakeholders with product-related projects, and processes such as Product Launches, Product Escalation, Enhancement Requests, Beta Programs, Pricing, etc.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Application Support / Business Analyst roles with similar responsibilities.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator/architect or similar role.
    • Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated understanding of CRM processes and business knowledge of Salesforce.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Configuration of fields, drop downs, record types, entry forms, etc.
    • Understanding of Salesforce Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Visual Flows.
    • Understanding of Lightning Components.
    • Track record of writing and debugging efficient SQL queries of standard and custom objects.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand complex data models.
    • Strong technical problem-solving skills with a good understanding of hybrid environments and intermediate SQL skills.
    • Atlassian Products: JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk.
    • Fluent user of PowerShell or Bash.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows environment and Office Suite.
    • Understand and leverage third-party APIs, components, and system integrations.
    • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • We may also offer hybrid/remote work arrangements where applicable.

$53 – $79 an hour

Consistent with applicable laws, an employee’s pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position’s total compensation package. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonuses, stock and employee benefits including but not limited to PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental & vision insurance, life & disability insurance and a 401k plan. Additional details on the compensation package and employee benefits offerings will be provided to candidates during the interview process.
