Senior Applications Analyst – Enterprise Applications, Corporate Office – Boston, MA / Remote
Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and enhancing the functionality of all enterprise applications. Acts as a subject matter expert for many enterprise applications such as AvidXchange, SAP Concur, Freshservice, MRI RentPayment, MRI CallMax, DocuSign, Canva, Mobile Doorman, RealPage ILM, RealPage LRO and Microsoft365. Expert in taking business requirements and implementing business process solutions leveraging best practices. Responsible for resolving enterprise application help desk tickets which includes prioritization, escalation, and coordination with 3rd party vendors.
Reports to: Director of Enterprise Applications
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as a solutions architect regarding all enterprise application products leveraging best practices.
- Provides end-user support for all enterprise applications and other integrated applications.
- Participates in the periodic auditing processes in conjunction with external auditors and senior business users.
- Assists in setting up security guidelines related to enterprise applications and the setup of user access control.
- Creates and delivers standard operating procedures, FAQs, presentations, and other materials for end user training.
- Leads implementation and upgrades of enterprise applications, ensuring that they are properly tested and that change control processes are followed.
- Creates testing scripts used for repetitive testing for upgrades and patches.
- Works on applications problems of complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Assures follow up to any audit gaps.
- Work closely with the other IT teams to support the company’s needs.
- Works closely with the Digital Transformation Team reviewing business requirements and creating knowledge base articles.
- Works closely with the Learning and Development department to develop companywide enterprise application training.
- Participates in the IT Change Management team to help ensure all changes have been tested thoroughly before moving into a production environment.
- Develop and support data integrations leveraging APIs, Excel, XML, and JSON.
- Design workflows that accommodate slower legacy systems and integrate with third-party APIs.
- Responsible for introducing new tools and building internal services to optimize business processes.

Education Level
Field of Study (if necessary)
Bachelor of Arts or Science or 6 years of related work experience.
Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting
Required Work Experience
- 5+ years in a related work environment as a product owner.
- Implementation experience with multiple enterprise application software packages.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Attention to Task/Work Pace Maintenance: Work needs to occur at an average pace with intermittent breaks. Requires an average amount of attention to maintain quality of work.

The pay range for this position is $95,000 – $105,000
