Offered Wage: $157,477/year

Duties: Works with business leaders to define requirements for new programs and systems. Analyzes business requirements, reviews existing programs, defines solutions, and translates them into detailed technical designs. Performs complex system design, develop programs, and performs debugging and troubleshooting technical activities in Employee Cloud Payroll and Success Factors to complete projects. Develops, maintains, and enhances Employee Cloud Payroll and Success Factors using ABAP programming language. Creates specialized reports for SAP modules and custom ABAP applications using ABAP and Dell Boomi. Troubleshoots, debugs, and modifies complex SAP HR and Payroll problems leveraging ABAP.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of software development experience in SAP ABAP HR.

Or, alternatively:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of software development experience in SAP ABAP HR.

Required Skills:

Experience must include 2 years in each of the following skills:

  1. Performing ABAP Objects-SAP enhancements leveraging Customer and User Exits and Business Add-ins (BADIs) techniques;
  2. Preparing ABAP List Viewer (ALV) reports and performing data transfers leveraging Batch Data Communication (BDC) and processing and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW);
  3. Identifying SAP functional requirements and converting them into technical designs; developing applications using ABAP for reporting, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms in the context of implementation or support projects;
  4. Developing web service applications leveraging Web Services Description Language (WSDL) interfaces, ABAP Webdynpro, and Open Data Protocol (OData) Services; and,
  5. Performing module pool programming leveraging Smart Forms, SAP Script, and Adobe Forms.
