Responsible for the management and administration of the company’s Health & Welfare benefits plans (medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, etc.), implementation of new benefits programs and/or changes in benefits design. Emphasis will be placed on the daily administration, leave administration and interaction with our benefits administration vendor (ADP). Responsible for working with the HR Community to keep them informed of upcoming changes or initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and offer viable solutions to issues that arise internally or externally. Work with appropriate parties to determine best course of action, then follow up on resolution effectiveness. Coordinate with HRIS, payroll and outsourced benefit administrator as necessary to resolve any administrative issues
  • Manage the annual enrollment election process
  • Coordinate FML and leave of absence administration process with outsourced vendor and payroll
  • Manage vendor relationships. Meet regularly with all vendors, administrators, providers to monitor plan operations and coordinate continuous quality and process improvement activities
  • Manage day-to-day operation of Zebra’s Global Rewards and Recognition program
  • Manage ongoing reporting and invoice processing between our external and internal partners
  • Assist with international benefits administration

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years subject matter expert in all facets of Rewards including health & welfare plan design/administration and retirement administration
  • Highly organized, creative, analytical and results driven orientation
  • Must have demonstrated ability to independently draw conclusions and trends from data analysis and offer appropriate solutions to improve processes
  • In-depth knowledge of medical management and integration with wellness programs required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional designations (CEBS, PHR)
  • Experience working with Excel Pivot tables and V-lookup.
  • Empathetic in nature
  • Hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL facility strongly preferred. Non local remote candidates will be considered

Salary: USD 71700.00 – USD 107500.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
