About The Role:

TodayTix Group is in search of a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to join our company. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand Marketing, this role will synthesize user data and market research insights to unlock business opportunities and inform brand strategy, positioning, audience targeting, campaign development and go-to-market planning. This is a highly cross-functional role, working across global marketing, product and merchandising teams to develop audience insights and strategic creative, campaigns & activation ideas that drive brand awareness and conversion.

You are a multifaceted marketer, a strategic thinker and a problem-solver who possesses a creative perspective. You know how to translate data and insights into actionable plans and have the operational know-how to bring ideas to life, working across the company to ensure key stakeholders have the information they need to propel their functions forward. This is an exciting opportunity to redefine our audience and brand marketing strategy as our global portfolio of brands expands into new regions and categories.

Please note: This is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the New York City area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Expected time in the office is 1 – 2 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

    • Gather, analyze, and synthesize market trends, business performance, and customer insights to inform audience targeting and go-to-market strategy
    • Manage a full-service research partner to establish TAM for Theatre and Live events globally, identify target audience segments and monitor brand health metrics to inform media buying, creative development, brand strategy and measurement
    • Lead brand campaign planning and the execution of tentpole activations. This includes insight mining, brief creation, GTM planning, execution, measurement, and postmortem analysis
    • Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of brands, product features, audiences (consumers & partners) and their needs in order to develop compelling integrated marketing campaigns
    • Turn research, data, macro-trends and competitor insights into strategic recommendations and action plans
    • Draft business marketing briefs, including key objective, goals, audience, deliverables, KPIs, cross-functional needs, competitive landscape, any campaign requirements
    • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product and merchandising to deliver on initiatives
    • Work closely with analytics teams to define the measurement of brand campaigns/activations and optimize creative campaigns based on learnings
    • Be an ambassador for our brands and target audiences; create alignment and ensure brand consistency internally and externally
    • Monitor category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
    • Provide brand review for all marketing content and ensure it is in line with overall brand positioning and voice
    • Work with creative team and external agency partners on the development, design and production of creative assets
    • Oversee the creation of Thought Leadership content (one-sheets, webinars, articles) to support partner marketing initiatives

We’re Looking for Someone With:

    • 7+ years of experience in a brand marketing, integrated marketing, strategy/insights
    • Demonstrated ability to frame and solve unstructured problems
    • Well versed in a variety of research methodologies, frameworks, data utilization
    • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
    • Passion for theatre a plus

$130,000 – $150,000 a year

Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.

We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
