Primary Purpose of the Position
As a member of the Customer Fulfillment Team, the IPC Analyst provides analytics to support Ball Beverage Packaging North & Central America’s supply chain and Integrated Planning and Controls Process.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Collect & interpret various data sets(Production, Sales & Inventory, Demand, Production) for use by Regional Fulfilment and Operations teams
- Maintains and consolidates existing KPI’s and supply chain metrics
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, logistics, operations, and strategic teams to drive standardization and metric developments
- Supports management using analytics to drive improvement in operational results
- Create and maintain process documentation for Integrated Planning and Controls (IPC) processes
- Create existing tools documentation and standard work for IPC tool set, including and not limited to: Oracle Value Chain Planning and Excel-based tools.
- Update and maintain weekly planning and reporting tools
- Work across the Customer Fulfilment team to maintain network sourcing rules based on a variety of supply chain optimization strategies
- Drive Weekly IPC process meetings across the regional teams in North & Central America. Including but not limited to summarizing meeting notes, consolidated executive reporting and ensuring closure of action items.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, logistics, operations, and strategic teams to drive standardization and metric developments
- Provide supply chain analytics where to support continuous improvement in the supply chain and customer fulfilment processes
- Assist in setting up a central depository of information for the customer fulfilment team.
Position Requirement & Competencies:
- Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience
- APICS / ASCM certification preferred but not required. Preference given to candidates with active CPIM certification.
- Working knowledge of the following areas: JD Edwards, Oracle Value Chain Planning, APICS Production and Inventory planning methodologies, Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hiring Salary Range: $80,800-$120,980 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
