Be part of the Clinical Diagnostics R&D Group. Your typical day commences with a morning stand-up meeting adhering to a Scrum format, and subsequent discussions may delve deeper into development tasks. Your day will encompasses a blend of coding assignments intertwined with architectural design, code evaluations, teamwork across various departments, guidance and support for team members, and the resolution of technical hurdles. Within each sprint, you will have active involvement in sprint planning and other sprint-related activities is a key responsibility.
Our work encompasses a breadth of software development and data analysis solutions that harness innovations in data science. And with innovations like multiplexed digital PCR, multiplexed immunoassays, automated lateral flow, gel-based blood grouping, and blood typing and HPLC A1C measurements, our solutions impact everything from diabetes, infectious disease and autoimmune to non-invasive prenatal testing and reproductive health. In addition to innovative assays and platforms, our R&D teams also develop quality controls across most diagnostic tests run in labs.
How You`ll Make An Impact:
- Contribute significantly to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.
- Participate in areas of code quality and software architecture.
- Solve challenges involved with developing efficient high-quality software.
- Guide and create documentation for software development.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor`s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Work Experience: 5+ years developing applications preferably in instrument or scientific applications with a proven track record of delivering complex applications.
- Coding Proficiency: Mastery in Microsoft technologies and libraries specifically in .net C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, ASP.Net MVC, AutoFac and related technologies.
- Process: Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Regulatory: Familiarity with ISO 13485 / IEC 62304 for software development would be a plus.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $127,000 to $174,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
