Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and support improvements through analysis and audit.
• Monitor monthly invoices and collections.
• Research and identify potential errors or fraud.
• Support customer service staff when applicable with any changes to collections or billing.
• Deliver timely reports to team members and management.
• Create ADHOC reports.
• Understand federal laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of collections and billing experience.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• High volume collections / billing.
• Large ERP system – Required.
• Strong Excel skills.
