Position Summary: The Senior Content Producer & Copywriter will be responsible for creating high-quality multimedia content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of channels for Family Care Center. The Senior Content Producer & Copywriter will be a creative storyteller and manage the entire content creation process from planning, writing and production through publication and performance analysis.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Content Planning: Work closely with leadership to develop and manage a robust content pipeline for digital media, sales enablement, and internal communications.
- Content Creation: Conduct research, write, and publish website content, social media posts, email newsletters, case studies, infographics, press releases, and advertising materials. Generate that incorporates SEO best practices and drives digital results.
- Content Production: Plan, script, and manage the production of webinars, videos, and podcasts, leveraging a combination of third-party resources and their own video/audio editing abilities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with leadership and business units to define content needs, maintain materials, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Digital Content Publication: Responsible for website content administration, email production, and video editing to ensure timely and accurate distribution of communications.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all communications are accurate, on-message, brand appropriate, and completed and distributed on time and on budget. Conduct proofreading and readability/health literacy checks on all materials.
- Measure Content Outcomes: Identify content metrics and performance indicators. Measure, track and report on outcomes, driving for continuous improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience in content creation and management, including copywriting, content strategy, and multimedia production.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing content across a variety of channels, including web, email, social media and video.
- Proven proficiency in content management systems, video editing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including knowledge of SEO best practices and a keen eye for detail and proofreading ability.
- Experience with Adobe Premier Pro, WordPress or similar, email marketing, AI tools, SEMRush or similar
Annual Salary Range: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00
