Boeing Information and Knowledge Services is currently looking for a Content Experience Architect to join their team in Englewood, CO. This position supports Boeing Digital Services with learning content for a global customer base.
You’ll use your knowledge of our customer, our products, and our tool stack to suggest and implement improvements to the customer content experience. You’re a continuous learner dedicated to understanding our customers and supporting the highest quality content experience possible.
As a Content Experience Architect, you’ll optimize the customer content experience to enhance customer engagement and content usability. You’ll advocate for a unified, seamless user content experience by researching customer interactions with our content touch-points and applying information architecture principles.

You enjoy working with a diverse global team and collaborating with customers, stakeholders and engagement partners to ensure specific learner training needs are met. You are adaptable and can manage multiple programs and projects in a fast-paced Agile software development environment where you display your passion for solving problems while being resourceful. You have a proven track record of strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, which drives cross-functional teams toward shared goals. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving the customer content experience, such as chatbots, search optimization, and predictable navigation.
- Work with the Product Owner to define the requirements for best-in-class search capabilities.
- Optimize the content for better usability (implement taxonomy, design content flows).
- Act as the customer advocate by analyzing data from multiple sources (KPIs, navigation trends, customer searches, chat sessions) and suggest content improvements.
- Implement content improvement initiatives.
- Enhance existing content structures to be more interactive and digitally friendly.
- Leverage available technologies to design content solutions to address customer need.
- Work in an Agile environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience with content strategy, chatbots, or site search
- Experience in implementing and supporting DITA XML infrastructure
- Experience with data analysis capabilities, and a customer focus for delivering quality products on time while ensuring internal business goals are met
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience with content management systems
- Experience working in Agile software development environment
- DITA, oXygen, and Ixiasoft
- Adobe Analytics
- Aviation experience a plus
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $91,800 – $124,200
